Products with non-quality problems are not accepted for exchange or return.

In accordance with Chinese regulations, The date printed on the packaging is the manufacturing date(YYYY-MM-DD / DD-MM-YYYY), not the expiration date.

The product’s shelf life (月months/年years) is clearly stated on the back of the package.

Swelling or slight bulging may occasionally occur during transportation and is considered normal. This does not affect the product’s quality or safety for feeding.

After-sales refunds can only be arranged if the German canned food items are received in completely damaged condition.

If your return meets the return eligibility requirements, please contact us first and provide photo proof of the item upon receipt along with your original order number. Once approved, we will provide a free return shipping label.
